Thats why I chose ITF Taekwondo~~
Just finish the class this morning...

I found that Taekwondo isnt only for defending ourselves..

Its about our Heart for this..

Well I'll explain wat my coach explained to me...

"Tae" stands for our foot~

Which we use to kick~

"Kwon" stands for our hand~

Which we use to block & punch~

"Do"~

Now for this..

It stands for ourselves..

Well i mean the attitude~

Full of polite & respects to our Elders..

Yes they do~
